Refund Policy

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please email us at coccos.treats@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returns for Treats
• We accept returns of unopened treat packages within 15 days of your order for a 40% refund. Return shipping costs and labels are your responsibility.
• Because our treats are freshly made with no preservatives, we apply a 40% restocking fee—returned products cannot be resold and will be considered food waste. If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
